I am a newbie in drone making, I plan on making a drone, using co-axial motors( basically I am sticking two motors to each other in opposite direction.)
Also, the co-axial motors will be used only for lifting the drone up. I am planning on putting two motors back and front horizontally. I have some doubts though like is there a way to turn left and right.

Yes, differential rotation speed will cause the vehicle to yaw in hover, and regular control surfaces will work in forward flight.
