Abnormal in mode configuration

while trying to config the flight modes instead of changing modes with the AIL stick

my AIL are actually moving.

 

I've set a 3 position switch and I can change modes in 2 positions out of 3

my PWM (or whatever it called) number is set correctly, I've double checked in test mode / PWM

 

Any suggestions ?

Maybe to disconnect the AIL output from the ArduMega ?

    I don't understand, I'm afraid. Why are you changing modes with your Aileron stick??

    This is abnormal, did you try erasing the eeprom and reseting and starting from stractch? I had this strange behavior once a couple of days ago before erasing my eeprom.
