ABS frame design

Hi everybody.I have started designing a quad frame and ordered parts to build an ardu-copter controlled quad.My design goals are1. Durability3. cost4. low vibration transfer.5. Should be made entirely from laser cut flat ABS sheet (because of my skill level and design limitations)The frame has a ~22 inch maximum shaft to shaft distance (about 550mm's)I already have most of the design complete and already started working on some optional accessories (partial ducting of the props for safety)Although my initial build will be the simplest possible version of this frame.I will update this thread as my progress continues, and if there is enough interest in the frame, I'd be glad to share the design or work something out with pololu to see if they can retail this design for third parties to buy it.Of course the design would be freely available so that anybody with a laser cutter who wants to make their own can do so.I am very new to open source so I have to learn as I go, any thoughts are welcome.I should note that as of this moment this design has never been built or tested, so I would not advise anybody to build it as of this moment (or do so at your own risk). But I wouldn't mind feedback. The attached file comprises the arm section. I will attach the body section
