My octa on 3.2.1 fly pretty good, but I confused by accel X axis leve - it below 0 level and about -3. Is it normal?

your suppose to be within +3 / -3 on the roll and pitch axis...it looks like in this case your pitching in forward flight? thats what it looks like...could be better but not terrible
