Hi
I want to launch my flying wing equiped with an APM2 , gps and xbee using a bungee launch catapult and a short ramp.
I expect to launch this either in Manual or FBW-A Is the instant acceration going to cause problems or damage the AMP2 unit?
Anyone tried this ?

You can't damage the accelerometers. I think the can take 10,000g before thewy are damaged. I would how ever suggest that you only launch in manual as the sudden acceleration will make the plane think it's pithing up and will try to pitch down initialy.
