What would it take to get an item added to the Mission Planner Speak items?

I use my laptop as my base station and I've turned on speech and I find it very handy.

I had problems sometimes hearing what was said, so I added a bluetooth head piece.  The bluetooth head piece is great, now I can hear all the flight mode changes.

Now I wish I could hear when my copter arms and disarms.  How do to get this added?  Is there a web page to make change requests to the Mission Planner?
