If I add substantial weight to my quad, what would I expect to have to do to the PIDs? Looking at sometimes flying with two batteries in parallel rather than my usual single one.

My experience with two dimensional control systems would indicate that you would have to lower the gain on your settings, lower the P setting for less feedback.
