Does anyone know why i would be having this problem?
these escs and motors are brand new out the packet,
when i throttle up quickly 2 out of the 4 esc's die and reset on me
is there any way how to remedy this?

You're probably experiencing 'desync', particularly if you're running high-pole or low kv motors. Try moving to blheli firmware, I've not had a single desync with blheli, I'm running afro 20a slims with sunnysky 3508 580kv motors.
