Afro 30A ESC - Updating SimonK firmware

Hello!

I'd like to ask you, which settings in KK Multicopter Flash Tool should I choose, if I want to flash my Afro 30A ESC with new/updated SimonK firmware.

I have:

ESC - Afro 30A Afro USB Programming Tool
Motor - Turnigy Multistar 4822-490Kv
Controller - ArduPilot Mega 2.6
Frame - HobbyKing 666X


Will this be ok:

Programmer: Afro USB Programming Tool
Controller: atmega 8-based brushless ESC (8kB flash)
Firmware: Afro NFET -> Afro NFET V2014-03-06 by Simon Kirby (mirrored by LazyZero)
