Afro 30A ESC - Updating SimonK firmware

Hello!

I'd like to ask you, which settings in KK Multicopter Flash Tool should I choose, if I want to flash my Afro 30A ESC with new/updated SimonK firmware.

I have:
  • ESC - Afro 30A Afro USB Programming Tool
  • Motor - Turnigy Multistar 4822-490Kv
  • Controller - ArduPilot Mega 2.6
  • Frame - HobbyKing 666X

Will this be ok:
  • Programmer: Afro USB Programming Tool
  • Controller: atmega 8-based brushless ESC (8kB flash)
  • Firmware: Afro NFET -> Afro NFET V2014-03-06 by Simon Kirby (mirrored by LazyZero)

    That is what I have used. It flashed fine and works, but I have a horrible jitter, like my D gain is too high
