Hey guys, ive got a DX8 after my trusty little 9x with FrSky and im not sure exactly how to use it. Ive checked online and on youtube but cant seem to get too much info. What i am trying to do is to get as many flight modes from my DX8. Right now im not even sure how to get 3 from the Flight Mode switch.
I know with the 9x i would use throttle curve, but i have tried throttle curve on the DX8 and the PWM values do not change, however if i use the Servo Travel setting and edit those, the PWN input changes but im not sure this is the correct way to do this and also, i cannot get the PWM range below flight mode 4 (ie F.Modes 1,2,3) . Im sure there a other ways to do this just wondering on what the right way is and where i can get as many modes from my DX8 as possible.

Check out THIS DIYD post.
Basically you will have to use two switches in a matrix combo, like a binary arrangement, to obtain different modes.
The '6-position switch' path is a simple fix if you want to hack your TX but I don't recommend it for a DX8, especially if you ever want to use it for another type of vehicle.
