I have the APM 2.5 with the 3DR quadcopter. I don't have a radio control for it; only telemetry with my ground station. Everything seems to be working and when I turn up the throttle the motors spin faster but they all spin clockwise and it can't get off the ground. How do I make the two pusher propellers spin counter-clockwise? I have never calibrated my ESCs before because I don't have a radio so I'm not sure how. However as far as I understand, all the calibration does is synchronizes the speeds (however if you know how to auto calibrate with a telemetry kit I'd love to know). Thanks in advance.

I agree you need to add and learn to actually fly your craft with a dedicated RC system. That said, simply swap any two of the three wires leading to a motor from the ESC to reverse the spin direction.
Have fun, fly safe.

Swap over any two of the three wires to the motor you wish to run in the opposite direction.
A RC remote is going to be critical to your success. I would also add to be very mindful of safety, and read the manual thoroughly.
