Ok, so I'm liking the ArduIMU most, simply because I can put in completely inside the plane, though the FMA does look to be easiest to use. I got the 3 axis sensor from my buddy yesterday, and it was NOT the one I thought. It was this one.... http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=252
Has it been used with the Ardupilot? Again, I'm not saying any of the tried and true stuff is a bad idea, its just that i got this thing free, and would rather use it, instead of it going to waste and me spending some cash.
The problem is this...A friend of mine has an extra of the sensor above from a similar project. He will be giving me one. Am I going to be able to use it?
Ii followed your link, checked out the ArduIIMU, and yeah, its nice. But it still costs more than free.
