Can eye altitude be adjusted?
Which version of HK GCS is this?
Im having troubles with altitudes and im trying to narrow down the error.

Make sure you're using the latest code of everything: APM, Mission Planner and HK GCS. (all the download sections).
Alt is given by GPS. It's typically displayed as above sea level, but all internal calculations in APM are AGL (ie, relative to launch altitude) as is the norm for UAVs.
