Antenna Tracking using Pololu Maestro

I have just finished building an antenna tracker and am trying to get it to work with mission planner,

I have the servo's and movement setup in Maestro but mission planner will not connect to the servo board I keep getting this error.Have all the drivers installed in xp and can control the tracker manually using the Maestro software.Any help would be great thanks.

When you connect Maestro board to PC You should get 2 serial ports available - try to connect to both. One of them will work.
