Anyone used Electrifly Ammo motors on the Easy Star?

Hi guys -

I have been in the quadrotor world for awhile, and am now making the leap over to planes...

I am putting together my first easy star, and want to make sure I do it right. So far, here are my plans:

-Reinforce fuselage and wings with carbon fiber rods
-Build replacement rudder from thin plywood and replace stock rudder using dubro hinges
-Futaba 7C TX/R617FS RX
-Castle creations Thunderbird 36 ESC
-Brushless motor

Now, for the brushless motor - at first I was considering the Multiplex power pack (with Himax HC2815-2000), but it only comes with a 17amp ESC and that just seems too low, especially if I put a 6x4 prop on there.

I am now looking at what is available on Tower. Looks like the best bets are the Electrifly (Great Planes) Ammo inrunners. The two in question are:

28-35-2200
---------------
Motor Diameter: 1.1" (28mm)
Motor Length: 1.378" (35mm)
Shaft Diameter: .126" (3.2mm)
Shaft Length: .591" (15mm)
kV Rating: 2200 rpm/V
Weight: 3.3oz (94g)
Input Voltage: 11.1-18.5V
Max. Constant Current: 14A
Max. Surge Current: 25A
Max. Constant Watts: 259W
No Load Current: .7A

28-45-2100
---------------
Motor Diameter: 1.1" (28mm)
Motor Length: 1.77" (45mm)
Shaft Diameter: .126" (3.2mm)
Shaft Length: .591" (15mm)
kV Rating: 2100 rpm/V
Weight: 4.6oz (133g)
Input Voltage: 7.4-14.8V
Max. Constant Current: 21A
Max. Surge Current: 40A
Max. Constant Watts: 311W
No Load Current: .9A

Any recommendations? Also, I am debating between the APC 6x4 electric 400 prop and the Graupner 6x4 e-prop.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jamie
