Hi all. First off, sorry if this has been asked, but I just couldn't find a solid answer by searching. Every forum post I found about board orientation is for Arducopter.
Ok, what I want to do is position my APM 90 degrees offset in the x (horizontal) axis. So, instead of the little arrow on the APM case pointing forward, I want it to face the left wing. Is this possible? The only parameter I found by searching the forums that might do this is the AHRS parameter in the advanced parameter list.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Yes it is possible,easily done in the hardware menu of mission planner. There should be a list of board orientations for you to select.
You also can set board orientation in the advanced parameter list
