I have to demonstrate my quadcopter tomorrow for my university project, and suddenly it has stopped working.
I power the APM from the Battery and not through the 3DR power module, therefore I have a jumper on JP1.
I connect the board up, and the ESCs bleep continuously as though they are not seeing the board. The only ESC which does not beep is the one connected to the first output pin 1. I have changed the ESC/motor connections around but it is consistently output pin 1 that does not beep.
The wireless telemetry has stopped working.
I can still download firmware to the board, erase it, read parameters, however flight data is not fed into the mission planner (the visual orientation screen is always stationary).
I have tried an APM1 board and it flies, but it is not sufficient for this project.
Any quick response is greatly appreciated as this is seriously going to affect my grade :(

Another possibility is an open fuse just past the diode...
...of course this would be a terrible time for this right before your final.
It is risky but you could power through other Vcc connections.
What rating is your battery?

@moyesey,
If you can still talk to the APM with the USB, it probably means that the power diode on the APM board is open since you are powering the APM from your ESC.
