i would like somehelp with gain tuning please.

As you can see im definitely over gaining my quad :)
What do you suggest to start tuning with ? lower stabilization P ?
im flying on ALTH most of the time but even in loiter it is wobbling a bit.
My quad is a Reptile 500 with SimonK ESCs and EMP 3530-1100KV (big) motors spiing 10x4.5 props on 4S 5000mah lipos.
