APM 2.5 Not Initializing/Responding with MP

I updated MP to .35 and APM to Arduplane 2.70 and now my board is completely not responding to anything. I looked in the discussions at a member that had a similar problem and it was suggested that it was a voltage issue not allowing EEPROM to be read. I checked my voltages both while connected via USB and while normally powered from the on board batteries and all seemed good to me. I had a constant 5v from my UBEC to the servos and constant 5.2v from the power module. The board connects with MP and gets all the parameters, but does not initialize neither with MP or on its own. Minimosd never gets mavlink heartbeats. I flashed Arduplane 2.68 to it and still the same problem. It was working just fine before updating MP and Arduplane but now even if I go back to the previous versions it still does not work. MP cannot read or write any files to the board, but it can update the firmware. I don't understand why it is doing this and I just want it to work like it was before. Any ideas?

  • No, I sent it back to 3D robotics... They said it is an issue with a bad batch of voltage regulators on the boards
  • Im having the similar scenario and issue, Reid did you get the issue solved? l

    Reid,

You could try going back a version of the mission planner.  They're in the downloads area.
