APM 2.5 to Mission Planner Connection Error

Hi every one

I'm facing a new problem regarding connection. It's the first time I'm facing this error. When I connect my APM to computer and try to connect through proper COM port it fail due to 2 errors. Some time I get error "PTCH2SRV_I" and some times "COMPASS_OFS_X" and then the connection failure notice. Any idea how to solve this error3690979044?profile=original?
