APM 2.6 and Futaba Receiver Issue

Just got an APM 2.6 which I cant get working with a futaba 2.4ghz receiver. The APM works with up to 3 channels connected to the receiver when I connect channel 4 the APM locks up. I have three receivers and get the same problem with them all. I also have an APM 2.5 and all receivers work with that APM. When I connect a Spektrum connected everything works.

Is it possible the PPM Encoder could would need flashed.

Have you ever solved this issue? I am planning to use Futaba 8FG TX with R6308SBT using PWM connection and I wonder if I can run into the same issue as you.
