Im using MP 2.0 RC1 and APM 2.6 Quadcopter,
I can't get to even move the engines doing a test with the serial console, they beep when I turn them on I beleive normally.
I don't have a RC transmitter/receiver since it's not really important to my project.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you haven't done an ESC endpoint calibration yet, and the ESC's are waiting for the throttle highpoint setting. You'll need to get either a transmitter, or even a servo tester so you can calibrate the ESC's first. Most ESC's I've found will give multiple beeps when they're actually ready to go (usually they beep based on how many cells your battery pack is). If they only beep once then I'm pretty sure they're waiting for calibration.
I'm curious why you don't have an RC TX/RX? I hope you aren't relying purely on the ground station for control? You'll always want to have a redundant method of control when flying something.
