"I seen your video, when you plug it, click the COMs drop-down list and check the COM number the device is hooked-up to, on Linux the device changes all the time and I think on windows you can have the same behavior.

"You should have used sharp pointed twizzers to unplug those connectors, I had same problem as you with an Ardupilot and after I got those twizzers had no problem at all.

"I did not provide more information because I believe ardupilot behaves the same no matter the UAV, but I was wrong in the past :D
