APM Mission Planner 1.3, affecting Arducopter 3.1.3
Problem - Defaults to send 1100 pwm to motors, causes certain ESC's to spin. (qbrain 25a is what i am using) Flashed and reset multiple times still was sending 1100pwm tried using APM Planner, it set the default to 1050 pwm to motors and I was able finally use the quad copter. Was not an issue in 1.2.99

Mission planner does not end any pwm to motors, the transmitter does?
Yes I understand that but I think it was causing a default value to set the APM to send out 1100 PWM when its on (not even armed yet), I tried using mission planner and reset re flashed etc, switched to APM Planner reflashed for the 100th time (first time on APM Planner) and presto the APM was no longer sending out 1100 but only 1050. I do not even know if it was repeatable as now I have a working quad after days of headache and don't wanna touch mission planner.
Not sure if was just a corrupt file in Arducopter 3.xx but i flashed and reset that multiple times or if its a corrupt file on my computer folder (which very well could be and not an actual issue with the mission planner)
We will have to see if anyone else reports similar issues or if this was a one off freak experience
