APM Plane Camera

Can the current offering of the APM: Plane accommodate a modification to use a camera (such as a Canon PowerShot) as a payload shooting straight down? 

The pictures for this product appear to only show a forward looking camera, more suitable to FPV.

    The Bixler is not a good platform for a mapping camera. Duffy will make you a Skywalker or Penguin which will work much better. Go to Flightriot.com

    Sorry for the confusion. This is just the RTF plane offered at 3D Robotics. I guess they changed the name ..

    I don't understand your question. What product are you talking about? APM:Plane is software, it doesn't care which way the camera is facing.
