Apm Planner 2.0.17 Full Parameter List is incomplete

Hello Fellows,

i have noticed that Full Parameter List is not complete documentation offers more settings... yet they can not be found in Full Parameter List, some i could find in other place..

pls check issue

there are about 20 parameters missing that are disciribed on this page:

    Whats the parameter count you have ? , what ArduCopter version, and, what parameters are you missing, does a reload parameters give a different count ?
    APM planner just shows what it recieved.
