I'm having an issue with one of my APM boards. When I connect power to the servo rail, the red pwr light and the yellow mux light both turn on, but the blue PPM light stays off. When I plug in a USB cable, the blue PPM light comes on, but the other two stay off.The APM appears to take firmware correctly, and everything appears to work correctly while plugged into USB.I double checked all my solder joints, and SJ1.Any ideas?

Can you try unplugging all ESC connections from the APM (and any other power) and power the board from USB to see if the rest of your LEDs work correctly then?
You're referring to the LEDs on the APM board itself? All three LEDs should come with either power source. The blue LED will be solid of flashing (slow or fast) depending on RC input.
Sounds like some trace somewhere got fried on the board. If you can't find it, you'll want to replace the APM board.
