APM Serial port settings (Can anyone help, pulling my hair out!)

Good afternoon guys (Or morning possibly!),

I'm looking for some help to resolve an issue I'm facing, the original post can be found here:

Basically, my SR0 settings won't 'stick' and revert after a refresh. I need to change these to use my MinimOSD and am desperate to resolve this before the weekend.

Many thanks in advance if anyone can assist, I've tried everything...
