APM Throttle

I have loaded the lastest code from the SVN and when i power everything on my throttle is on at about 20% or so.  I have also connected to the lastest GCS with nothing hooked up to the APM even the throttle on the GCS shows about 20%

 

 

any help?

    so after digging around a bit, i found out what seems to be the problem, on the config.h there is a ch3 trim that the default is set to 1100. after changing it to 1050 the throttle actually went up so then i raised the value to 1200 and all seems to be fine now.
