I've attached my GPS SAT count graph. I keep losing SATs in Loiter and I had a bad crash because of it.
How can I noise proof my GPS or protect it from losing GPS SATs?
Currently I can't have a GPS lock when my RC and XBEE attached to APM2. I do this:
Connect APM2 only using USB to PC without RC without XBEE connected or being used.
It locks to GPS in under 1 min.
Then I power APM using external battery while still connected to USB, so APM2 will not reset or lose power. Then I disconnect USB, enable RC and XBEE. Then I fly.
Anything about it? I power APM2 using seperate battery. All my ESCs are connected to APM2 ONLY via signal wire. Only one of the ESCs have only - wire and signal connected. But all other ESCs connected ONLY signal cable.
