Hello,

I just bought a ArduCopter from DIY DRONES an assembled one and was trying to get it to fly. Although i did take some time to get it to know it,i calibrated everything as in the PDF and armed it and had the Quad Copter take off to a certain height. But it was moving right and i was looking at what to do to get it stable and then across this Flight Report & Settings form that came with the ArduCopter kit and it had a set of values listed as stable and tested under the category UAV Settings. So even i changed the values that were already there and when i switched on the Radio with throttle down, no input whatsoever it flipped on the spot with all propellers upside down and 2 of them broke and a plastic mount of one of the motors is broken as well. I managed to get the plastic mount glued and i will order for a new pair of props but what did i do wrong?? Was i not supposed to change the Values?? It was mentioned in the form that they had flown my Arducopter before it was shipped on the same settings which is why i changed.

I had tried contacting Customer support earlier but no one reached out to me. I hope at least this time somebody would. I asked for a contact number last time and even that was not responded to. Please could somebody Skype and help me or on chat is also okay.

regards,

Preetham.

Double check your prop rotations. Also make sure you level your Quad and reset the PIDs back to default.
    Good Luck,
