ArduCopter Upgrade recomendations.

I want to fly a GOPROHD and small video down link on my quad copter.

 

I think this is probably too much weight for a stock arducopter (mine is a jdrones kit)

Jdrones offers upgraded motors and esc's (I have 4 of the 30A esc's) but is out of stock on the uprated motors.

 

Can someone recomend a differnt source for higher power motors on the Arducopter?

 

Or will the stock copter fly a GOPRO HD and vidoe downlink?

    I just weighed mine, and it is 1600g AUW.

     

    It's definitely on the heavy side.  It does work though.  I have a different throw point for the roll servo on the camera mount now, but that's it.  Hover right around half throttle or a bit less.

     

    I'm wondering what 2x 2650 3s batteries will do?

    A GoPro should be no problem for the standard Kit.
    If i recall correctly, the big motors were intended for lifting heavy compacts and DSLRS!!
