Arducopter V3.1-rc7 Quad Firmware installati​on problem @ program phase....

What is wrong?

This is what I do:

I press INITIAL SETUP

I press Install Firmware

I press Beta firmwares

These are beta firmware, use at your own risk!!!

I press OK

Getting FW List

Received list

Status

I press Arducopter V3.1-rc7 Quad icon

Are you sure you want to upload Arducopter V3.1-rc7?

I press Yes

Detecting Board Version

Detecting a Px4v2

Downloading from internet

Reading Hex File

Please unplug the board, and then Press OK and plug back in. Mission planner will

look for 30 seconds

I unplug the board

I press ok

scanning comports

I plug back in

identify

erase

program (the green block fills to about 40% and then always....)

ERROR: timed out (translated from finnish)

Please unplug, and plug back in your px4, before you try connecting

I Press OK

Compass: Please ensure you do live compass calibration after installing arducopter V 3.x

I Press OK

How to resolve this problem, how to re-install FW PIXHAWK from scratch....
