Please unplug, and plug back in your px4, before you try connecting

How to resolve this problem, how to re-install FW PIXHAWK from scratch....

I had something similar with the APM. It appeared that the voltage of the USB port of my notebook was too low. I tried with my desktop computer and it worked fine.
