ArduIMU+ Flat and U-Blox GPS doesn't need ArduPilot Ready preprogramming?

I want to use the ArduIMU+ Flat to control a pan and tilt servo kit, and integrate the Ublox gps. However, DIY Drones sells the Ublox with ArduPilot ready preprogrammed. What exactly does that mean? and Would i need this for the IMU+ also since it's not an ArduPilot, but still an arduino based board??

Yes you should buy the ArduIMU+, regards.

Yes, you should order the uBlox programmed for ArduPilot, even though you're using ArduIMU+.
