ArduIMU Up Side Down

Can ArduIMU be mounted up side down?  I haven't read anything indicating that it can or cannot.  I know the GPS plug needs to be toward the front but what about up side down.  I was thinking of mounting it on the bottom of my canopy on the EZ Star .

    Just ask Alice - You didn't turn the IMU upside down, you turned the World upside down! So...........Up is down and Down is up and don't use the rudder (use strip ailerons) for heading control...............If it didn't work your plane would fall out of the sky during any 'unusual attitude' instead of recovering (even BTA-07 could do that!).
