Ardupilot 2.6 : Fly By Wire "A" vs. "B" ?

Can someone confirm the difference between Fly By Wire A, and Fly By wire B? Does it simply mean you have manual control of throttle in "A" mode, and airspeed influenced throttle in "B"?

If you have an Airspeed sensor should the code read:

#define POSITION_3 FLY_BY_WIRE_B

2 - Yes, assuming you want it on position 3.
