R/C Aviator 20+ Years Fixed wing, 2 Years Rotary.....Looking to expand my horizons. Started my interest in robotics with the Basic Stamp 2 Years ago...then moved to Arduino and learing C C++ 1 Year ago, now I am jumping feet first into UAV tech combining my interests. It's all about the challenge and learning!
Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest
My primary reason for getting involved with UAV's at DIY Drones is for the technical challenge. However I plan on using my UAV for aerial photography and videography with perhaps eventually a FPV platform.

Not sure where you were going with that...but my point was simply that the vehicles aren't the problem. By themselves they don't pose a threat to anyone. It's the operator that puts the aircraft in harms way (fly aways aside).

Quite often you can reduce the Z axis vibration level by reducing the amount of bell play in your motor housing. As your props load and unload in flight the changing load on your motor causes the housing to jump up and down within the "play"…"
