Currently, my Ardupilot Mega is getting data from one MaxSonar sensor and one GPS sensor, but want to integrate more sensors one it such as multiple MaxSonar sensor, temperature sensor, speed sensor, etc. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

To run multiple MaxSonar sensors on the same system please refer to http://maxbotix.com/tutorials.htm#How_can_I_use_more_than_one_MaxSo.... There are various methods listed that will allow you to run multiple sensors in the same environment
