I need some help here! I finally received all the parts to put my new drone together and I'm unable to get any power to the board! I've checked my USB and ESC outputs and both are providing sufficient power to run the board but neither can get any LED activity from it. This was a fully assembled board bought through the 3DR store and appears to be in good physical shape, no bad solder joints are visible nor any damage can be seen. The humidity here today while I have been handeling it has been in the mid 70% range so I don't think ESD should be an issue. I don't have anything else plugged into the board except power from either the USB or the ESC and only one at a time. I'm at a loss, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I created a simplified 5V/Vcc schematic for the APM2.x boards. APM2.0 APM2.5
If you are comfortable with reading schematics, it may assist you.

Now ALL the USB ports on my laptop are fried!!! They were all working fine an hour ago!
