In the older versions of MIssion planner, when I made a grid, starting with a polygon, it used to create several waypoints within the straight sections of the grid, and I had control over how many of these, equally spaced waypoints were made.
In the newer versions, I see that there are no intermediate waypoints. Just the ones at the corners. The ones inside are perhaps cam triggers.
I wanted to know if having multiple waypoints over a straight section is important ? does that improve the accuracy of tracking straight ? Or is it the same to use the newer version with waypoints at only the turns.
I tried all options in the new Mission Planenr and cannot do the intermediate waypoints.
