ASCII Output

Hi,I'm running the code out of the box through Arduino IDE, when I monitor the serial port, i just get a bunch of symbols instead of the ASCII text. I tried some other terminals to check if its set to binary transmission. but no luck.any ideas?cheers,ulfit looks like this:f?`?~xf~3<`fL~`f?`?~xf~3<`?x~pf?`~xf~3`?x~`f?`?~xf~3`?x~f@

    You do not have the same baud rate on your serial monitor and on ArduPilot. Check that out.
