I have takeoff as the first command in my mission. Up till today as soon as I would enter the 'auto' mode the throttle would go to 100% and I would hand launch the plane. After downloading a mission today with takeoff as the first command, when I entered 'auto' mode there was no throttle up.
Has something changed in the software? What would keep the APM from throttling up when entering 'auto'?
I have an APM2 and airspeed sensor.

I had to reset the mission. It was trying to go to a waypoint other that the first one even though I downloaded a new mission.
