autopilot for inverted v tail

First of all i want to thank all the members for supporting and guiding me by clarifying my questions no matter how trivial it is.Now i have a clear idea over my airframe design,i am going for an airframe with inverted v-tail(ruddervator),and without aileron configuration.by adapting a 2 channel Rx/Tx.and i am going for commercially available autopilot. What will be the suitable autopilot for my plane configuration.i saw the ardupilot combined combined FMA co-pilot in Ardupilot home page, but it is designed for a coventional plane with ailerons.help me out with this

All you need is a cheap Vtail mixer such as this one

This allows you to just plug regular rudder and elevator channels into the receiver or autopilot and it does the rest.
