I have just upgraded firmware to V3.0.3 but there is no option in the flight modes for auto tune.
how do I get the auto tune flight mode?

Thanks for the help, I managed to get the option by going to the help tab in mission planner and did a manual check for updates. Now have the Autotune option in flight modes.
I had a similar thing happen a while back for a different mode. I ended up uninstalling the old version and installing a new one to get everything working.
Just update to the latest mission planner and set the auto tune mode. The latest minimOSD does not indicate auto tune mode though it will indicate the previous mode.
