Buying first drone

As I am on a pension, I have very little spare cash, so it will be a while before I start 'droning'.
I have been researching inexpensive UAV's, and some look interesting as a place to start. Optimally it would have a gyro (necessity!), a camera of some sort, and the capability to send video to a screen (cell phone?). Suggestions/advice?

In my opinion，a FVP dron will cost a lot of money-at least 150 $.My first dron is a tarot frame with QQflight controller，and cost me about 100$ including the remote control
