Cabling issue GPS to APM2.5

Hi all

I recently bought the purple apm2.5 kit from goodluckbuy who included the wrong cable in the parcel. I am getting very frustrated trying to explain to them the cable that I need to correct the issue. The GPS board has a 4 pin molex socket on it and the apm has a 5 pin AND a 6 pin socket of some sort. What cable with which headers do I need to mate them?
