Calibration every code upload?

Hi!

 

'Just wondering ... does the APM store calibration data separate from the code. I mean if I upload ardupirtaeNG, do the calibration via CLI, then thought of tinkering with a line or two so modified the code in arduino and then uploaded the updated code to the APM, will I be doing calibration again?

    No, you shouldn't need to do the calibration again.  All the settings go into the Eeprom whlie the code codes into flash memory so they're separated.
