I am trying to calibrate my radio in APMSetup. I move the sitck and the red bars move. I go through the calibration and everything seems ok. But when I go back to the radio input screen, the green bars don't move the full range on screen and are not in the middle of the range when my sticks are centered. It looks like I'm not calibrating at all.

Same answer as I gave you in your other discussion topic. You're in some funky mode in your RC transmitter, and you should use your RC manual to return to normal modes. Make sure you're not in Heli mode!
