Sorry if this seems a basic question but can anyone tell me where I plug the pan and tilt analogue servo leads into? Is it into the "Outputs" or is it into the "A" side of the board?

Pan and tilt servo cables go into the "Outputs". Any of the free ports should work. You will need just need to go the APM settings (via Mission Planner, etc) to tell the APM which servo is on which port.
