Can 3DR be trusted?

I have been waiting months for a PixHawk Mini and a  3DR WiFi Telemetry Radio.  I have been twisting in the wind.  But I just now got an email from "3DR Success Services" sent by their "Operations/Fraud Specialist.".  They want me to authorize *another* payment via PayPal to their supposed account.

I have never encountered anything like this.  I don't trust anybody who claims to provide "Success Services", and a "Fraud Specialist" does not sound like anyone I want to do business with.

Their Web site creeps me out a bit, as well.

But I need a flight controller.

Can I trust them?

Hi David,

I'm sorry for the confusion.  There was an issue with the payment.  I'm having our support supervisor personally reach out to you.

Vu Tran,

Situation resolved, my mistake.  Thanks!

Dave
